We want you to love your handcrafted boots, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Please ensure your footwear is tried on on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing and maintain eligibility for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your unworn boots in their original Freebird box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
